Omoi Studios does not offer refunds.We offer size exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.
Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size and are subject to availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange:
– The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused– All original tags and packaging must be intact– The item must be returned in perfect condition

Each order is eligible for one size exchange only.
