These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Omoi Studios website and store (the “Services”), including the purchase of products, access to content, and interaction with the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Payment

– All orders are subject to product availability. Omoi Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
– Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. Omoi Studios does not store your payment card information.
– Prices are as stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
– Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Pre-Orders and Limited Drops

– Pre-order and limited-drop items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
– Customers purchasing pre-orders acknowledge and accept estimated delivery dates. Omoi Studios is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

5. Exchanges and Returns

– Omoi Studios does not offer refunds.
– Size exchanges only are permitted, subject to availability, unworn condition, original packaging, and submission within 7 days of delivery.
– Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Product Information

Omoi Studios strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing, and materials. Minor variations may occur due to artisanal production or photographic representation.

7. Intellectual Property

– All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Omoi Studios or its licensors.
– You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
